Who do you think will be mr olympia 2013 and what do you think will be essential for them to bring to win the title!
I think the fight will still be between phil heath, kai greene and jay cutler!
Important factors to win:
-If Phil heath brings in more mass maintaining his aesthetics
-If Kai Greene improves in his upper back and brings in good conditioning
-If Jay Cutler manages to bring good conditioning from like 2009
Anyhows im sure it will be a great olympia and im excited to see who will win. Kinda want kai greene to win because he looks so dedicated and missed a big chance of winning last year but id also like to see jay cutler do a good comeback so i dunno. Who do you want to win?

Last time it was Phil who beat Kai in the back shots...*despite* Kai's width advantage. Same thing goes for when Jay competed. Phil beat him in the back shots despite Jay's width advantage.
edit - would be great to see Jay make a good comeback. Not gonna make any predictions, just wanna see the guys come in good and see how it unfolds.

Touching up on the topic at hand, I saw this video and Charles Glass, with Jay Cutler present, said he'd love to train him for this year's Olympia.
After what Charles has done with Dexter and his long line of former champions, if these two hooked up...watch out.

I'm skewing the data a bit, but in the last 7 years the reigning Mr. Olympia has been defeated 4 times. It's kind of what makes this era of bodybuilding more interesting than the "dynasty years."
(Of course, if you go back 14 years then the reigning Mr. O has still only been defeated 4 times. It's a different world these days.)

As much as I like Jay and he is my fav .. I dont think he will win this year just because of politics and being he kind of stepped down but now is hungry again. Speaking of politics .. that leaves Kai out also. I feel Heath will bring it home again this year. He is bringing more to the table this year.
