What do you guys think of New Balance BB907?

I'm only looking into New Balance because I heard they're the best in quality over Nike/Adidas, which rely mostly on advertising and endorsements from NBA Athletes. Is my style of thinking wrong? If you had a $100 budget which shoes would you get?

Never knew new balance made bball shoes, i thought they were only running shoes.
You can get a good pair of Nike Basketball shoes cheap. I only wore nike growing up playing basketball in AAU and in high school. If most NBA players are wearing them they must be doing something right.

never seen anyone with new balance basketball shoes and i have played off and on for years. looking at the second pair you linked, they are 18oz. you can get a pair of nike basketball shoes for half the price that weight about 2/3 of that (12oz) and will last just as long

Alright then thanks! I'll probably look for some discounted Nike shoes. I like hyperdunks but the 2011 one looks a lot better than the 2012 one in my opinion.
