That is 2 grams per tablespoon probably. With this thinking it is easy to go over. So count them carefully.
The only "bad carbs" that i avoid are fructose and starch(potatoes/peas/lentils).
Other than that you can go up to 50 net daily and still probably be OK.
I use half n half or full whipping cream in coffee. Coconut oil or grass fed butter are other recommendations i came across.

Hi, you know i've been eating a cream of wheat cereal as part of my low-carb diet of 70 grams of dry cream of wheat, 8 ounces of 2% milk and 2 cups of water. As a measure of spending less money, because keto low carb diets are very expensive. But i've been thinking that keto diets are not expensive at all as I thought, because keto diets are composed of 60% fat-calories, 35% protein calories and 5% carb-calories. And of the 3 main macro nutrients fat is the cheapest one, while protein is the most expensive one. Butter is relatively cheap, oil is cheap.
So I think i will quit that cream of wheat, another thing is that I think that on the days that I follow a full keto diet of just fats and protein calories and very little carbs I feel more secure, more powerful and my will power is stronger than on the days that I eat cream of wheat cereal
Thanks

It is not carbs or no carbs. Or even over or under 50 grams of carbs. It more like a slider going from arround 100 grams to say 15 grams, where your ketone production will vary according to your level of carb intake and carb burn off by exercise.
Your brain don't use more or less energy depending on your workload.
But your body will use a lot more glucose if you exercise.
And your intake varies off course.
So you can take more carbs if you compensate with exercise.
You can be satisfied with slow weight loss from fat and just keep carb intake under 100 grams per day.
Or you can sit down all day while keeping your carb intake under 15 grams and have significant weight loss every day.
Carbs as fiber will either just be ignored or go in slowly. Not really certain which.Eddie Izzard for Mayor!!!!

Hi, I suspect that many celebrities out there do follow a keto low-carb diet under 20 grams of carbohydrates a day, in order for them to be real shreded, cut and to hold less water in their bodies and faces for when they are on cameras. However I've noticed that on the days that I eat some cream of wheat of about 50 grams of carbohydrates I can sleep better, compared with the days when I only take about 15 grams of carbohydrates or less from the 7 grams of carbs. of my whey protein powder and small amounts of carbs. of eggs.
Here are 2 diets that I wrote, one with almost no carbohydrates and the other with about 50 grams to 60 grams of carbs.
HERE IS MY # 1 LOW-CARB DIET WITH ABOUT 50 GRAMS OF CARBOHYDRATES
BREAKFAST: 3 scrambled eggs (200 calories)
DINNER: 70 grams of cream of wheat cooked with 8 oz. of milk and 2 cups of water (300 calories)
DINNER 2: 3 scrambled eggs cooked as a pancake with 1 scoop of whey protein powder (Body Fortress or Optimum Nutrition) ( 300 calories)
DINNER 3: 3 scrambled eggs + 5 oz of chicken ( 400 calories)
TOTAL CALORIES: 1200 CALORIES, HOWEVER IF YOU NEED MORE CALORIES EITHER 1400, 1600, OR 1800, JUST ADD 1, 2 OR 3 BREAKFASTS (OF 3 SCRAMBLED EGGS EACH)
HERE IS MY # 2 LOW-CARB DIET WITHOUT CARBOHYDRATES
BREAKFAST: 3 scrambled eggs (200 calories)
DINNER: 6 oz of roasted chicken (300 calories)
DINNER 2: 3 scrambled eggs cooked as a pancake with 1 spoon of butter, 1 scoop of whey protein powder (Body Fortress or Optimum Nutrition) ( 400 calories)
DINNER 3: 3 scrambled eggs + 1 spoon of butteer ( 300 calories)
TOTAL CALORIES: 1200 CALORIES, HOWEVER IF YOU NEED MORE CALORIES EITHER 1400, 1600, OR 1800, JUST
ADD 1, 2 OR 3 BREAKFASTS (OF 3 SCRAMBLED EGGS EACH)
