If you are speaking of the Pec Major, most incline bench exercises will target the area. Also decline push-ups.

If you look up the human anatomy you will see the chest consists of ONE muscle, so really getting in to the degree of hitting certain parts of it is often a flawed concept. As some are going to say "incline" can have an effect on this, but I am not so sure myself.

Guillotine/Incline Press are good if you have access to them. If not just some good old decline pushups with or without weight.

The different segments of your pec produce varying amounts of torque based on the angle of the force you're exerting. If the upper 3rd of the muscle is working harder than the lower 2/3, then those fibers will be stimulated more.

Even though muscles are one "muscle" they are actually a collection of individual fibers who work in concert via inserts and origins, but ARE ultimately independent units.
