Hello I have been trying to decrease my breast size for over a year now.. I 5.5 and a size 6 so I am not overweight.. I am a DD in cup size its very uncomfortable to exercise with them and they also cause me a lot of back problems. I have tried loosing more weight but no matter what I do I just cant seem to loose weight there.. Is there any type of exercise I can do? I am trying to avoid anything un natural but if that is the only way I would considered it.. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can send some over to me...
The only way to lose it is through surgery or fat loss. You cannot spot reduce fat. I would recommend a weights and cardio program along with a good nutrition program.جَيْمي

The ONLY thing you can do personally is lose more body fat, and even that isn't going to help that much if you aren't overweight. Breast reduction surgery is probably your only viable option.

I agree, there really is no way to spot reduce. And since everyone carries their weight differently, what works for one person may not be the same for another.
In my case, I found that reduction surgery was my best option after losing 50+ lbs and seeing no loss in size. I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat. My back is much less sore, my posture is better and I can run again!

What may work almost as well as surgery, and with a lot less pain, is a really well fitting bra. Most women are not wearing the right size bra (it can change every few months) and definitely not the best bra for the activities they are doing.
Go to a specialist bra fitters, get measured and fitted and make sure your bra is right for your workouts.65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

I have the same problem I am a 34E , 5 ft 5, aged 28 and I can no longer run because of my breasts. Although everyone has had great results from a breast reduction operation,if there is a slight chance that a non invasive technique is available shouldnt we try that first? Is there anyone out there who has decreased their breast size significantly without surgery?

I'm 23, 5'4, 110lbs, and 32DD. I've found that when running, wearing two sports bras helps. After starting a strict chest routine, they seem to have perked up and firmed up very nicely. They seem lighter, but still fit into my 32DD, and do NOT fit into a D (I tried last night!). So I HIGHLY suggest chest press, incline chest press, and butterflies
I've lost body fat and increased muscle mass and my boobs have stayed the same size. I actually appreciate their size because it gives me some feminine quality amongst my muscles..which I'm still building up.
Check out the UnderArmour special sports bra and the Panache Sports bra (amazon is cheapest).
I'd suggest getting one size too small if you have a small frame like I do, because the cup fits but the band is a little loose.
