Experts have stated its more efficient to take a break from cutting or bulking after a certain period of time due to the adaptations that set in during both. Personally I'll be bulking for 7 months after my cut possibly longer depending how lean I am next year around this time and after 4 months of bulking ill be going back down to maintenance and slipping into a slight deficit for a couple weeks and then I'll start bulking for another 3months.

How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth than go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers sayin’, you ain’t where you wanna be because of him or her or anybody!"

I could post a picture or put up an avi that would shut you the phuck up.
While bulking up you have varying hormonal adaptations that come into play. One of which is an increased resistance to insulin; the more your body is exposed to carbs the less sensitive you become to insulin and vice versa for cutting you become more insulin sensitive. Nah. Wanna bulk up to about 200 pounds and get my strength(particularly my lagging bench) up. Currently I can only bench a ****ty 210 pounds for five measly reps. Want that number at least around 215 in a couple of weeks or maybe 220 if my nutrition is good and I'm real lucky.
Never really understood why people cut for the summer. It's not like they're competing IFBB pros.

bulking to 180 or 200 depending on how self-conscious I get as I add more fat
been gaining about 3 lbs a month so far.
I started getting into fitness at an awkward time. August 30th 2012 was skinnyfat at 154 lbs, so I started off cutting down to 140 lbs by December, then been bulking since then.*always pick 7 crew*
