I have a long bicep as opposed to one that peaks. I like the look of the ones that peak as they seem to me like they are more impressive.
Is it true and to work towards my goals that I should focus on bicep moves such as: preacher, Hercules, decline curls? (no, I would not do all of those) and ease of other type curls, especially since i do lat pull downs and rows and chins?
