Due to my schedule, I sleep about 6-7 straight and take a 30-60 minutes nap after workout.
Would this really affect results?
Also, sometimes I do not sleep well and maybe get 4-5 hours of sleep then nap later for about 30-60 minutes. On days like those, am I wasting my time working out?
