    Beginning 25 week clean bulk(will post pics every week)

    Okay so i just finished a thread where I did a 10 week bulk and my goal was 10lbs, but I was sick for 2 of the weeks and ultimately I gained about 6lbs. I will post my pics for starting and finishing in this 10 weeks.

    Alright so now I've decided that I would like to hit 200lbs and I would like to do it slowly enough to hopefully put on very little fat. My calorie surplus will be 500 calories which for me is 3900-4000 calories a day and I will take in a minimum of 170 grams of protein along with creatine. My workout routine will be like this:

    Monday-Triceps and Biceps
    Tuesday-yoga
    Wednesday-Shoulders and traps
    Thursday-yoga
    Friday-Chest and back
    Saturday-abs
    Sunday- legs

    Once it starts warming up I will start running to, so I will just increase my calories to how much I burn on the days I run.

    Pictures and body comp updates will be posted every week on the Thursday.

    Starting body comp

    I forgot to include my stats, every week I will show an updated body comp from the machine where I workout at. I will include body fat %, lean body mass, total body water and weight. The numbers I can't guarantee to be accurate, as I'm just hoping for consistency with the numbers showing increases and decreases accurately throughout the 25 weeks.

    March 15th results: bf%:9.2 total body water:117.5lbs lean body mass:160.6lbs weight:176.8lbs

    I will do this first thing in the morning at the gym before eating every Thursday.

    Good luck. Imo the protein intake is a bit low. Less than a g/lbs.

    on average my protein intake is probably at about 200 grams a day. 170 would be a very low day for me.

    Body comp results week 1

    These body comps are so unpredictable lol. So I was dehydrated when I took it this morning and from what i've found the lower my body water the lower my lean body mass is on this machine. Anyways here are my numbers.

    total body water- 116.0lbs lean body mass- 158.6lbs body fat- 10.4% weight- 177.0lbs

    it's funny to me I look like I'm about 16 in the front pic with my baby face, then in the back pic I seem like a completely different person lol.
