    Creatine help

    So I took creatine for about 4-5 days and loaded with 10g..now since I was sick I skipped mon-fri taking it (i still lifted wednesday and friday) cuz there was no I was able to drink enough on a horrible throat so should I load with 10 or maintain with 5 then the next week load??

    There is no reason to load creatine. Take 3-5g a day. Drink a gallon of water.
