Hey guys,
yesterday at the gym I saw that equally how I do it, my arms always seem to have different positions at the bar in the mirror
so one always is further in or out, in a different angle, etc etc
Is this a problem and a sign of bad form?
I do not think that I have too much weight loaded, and I control back, shoulders etc
So does it even matter?
Maybe I will post a video if there is a need for it.. I just dont want to ruin my back or anything
thanks in advance

As long as the weight is resting evenly across your shoulders it shouldn't be an issue. As you get heavier it would probably be a good idea to get your hands even though, just in case you start to lose it, you can stabilize the bar easier.

Uneven hand placement will get tricky at heavy weights. A steady and consistent setup should solve the problem
Every once in a while I squat without collars on the bar, if anything is uneven you will notice that weights on one end will start moving towards end of the bar* Skinny to non skinny transformation crew * - I am gonna effin nail this

Thanks guys, yeah i tried to set up new every time
and it looks good but by the time I do the first rep I notice the arms are different
Maybe I will film myself in order to sort this out...
Now the weights are too little to be dangerous though :PPlease get friends with me on BodySpace / Follow my transformation
