I am concentrating heavily on all kinds of rows, face pulls to fix my anterior vs posterior imbalance. But what happens is that my teres major ( the armpit area muscle ) seems to be growing very fast and creates imbalance between my chest/shoulders. What should I do in order to take it out from the exercises? thank you
