Exactly the same. I used to eat proats before my lunchtime training and by 3pm I was sleeping on my desk. Now I don't have carbs till dinner and I never felt better, however, my total carbs for the day are still quite high - close to 200g but all consumed in the evening. I sleep like a baby

chest and abs
4x5 DB Chest Press- 25kg each side
4x10 incline DB Flyes- 15kg each side
4x8 pec dec- 38.5kg
4x8 chest Dips- BW
4x8 standing cable flyes- 15kg each side
5x20 rope crunches- 45kg>>>my abs felt gooood doin these.
then I flopped. I feel pooped. chest feels good tho. Worked out pretty good considering how low carbs i'm on atm..don't feel to bad tbh. Had a busy day so didn't really have time to think about food. I think my 'rough' time is between 9.30am-11.30am (not sure why?)
anyways gonna do some SS cardio on the bike later and watch a film whilst I do it . I haven't been sleeping well cus i'm anxious about my charity night..I'm worried people are gonna be bored. I'm such a worrier. People are like 'just don't worry and get it out your head' I feel like shouting 'DO YOU NOT THINK I WISH I EFFIN COULD!'..hate being such a div. (div is another word for idiot)...anyways..i've got chicken and veg for tea..might add some spices to it,
Happy Tuesday..nearly Wednesday..which is nearly Thursday..which is nearly Friday

Those are some pretty heavy flyes, nice job LH! (I so want to call you Louise but there is another Louise who's journal I follow so I'd only get confuzzled. )
As for the charity thing is that the cancer charity where you are doing a casino night? Are these people you know and friends coming to it mainly? If I had something like that and those were friends or people I knew pretty well I'm sure we'd have fun regardless of what exactly the activities were. You seem to have a good sense of humor and are a fun person, could probably have a fun time if you were stuck in an elevator with your peeps, srs. (Well until the protein farts came, my god the protein farts, it's always as if Satan himself rose from Hell with his evil sulfuric gases. I prefer outdoor activities with my friends. ) You're fine dude, some of the funnest times I've had were just hanging out with my friends and joking around not even doing anything in particular, I'm sure people will have high respect for you for even putting on a charity event and going to all the effort.Current PRs:
Bench Press: 200x1
Deads: 315x1
Back Squats: 275x1

Agree with hammie on the charity night! I think you'll all have a great time just being together. And like hammie also said; you seem like a fun person to be around regardless..I'm sure it'll be a laugh But I can understand the worry part. I wouldn't be worried (I'd be excited because that's the kind of person I am!) but I know it's hard not be be worried when you are worried! lol!

The 5-htp sup I mentioned in your journal is supposed to be a good sleep aid on low carbs diets because it helps produce serotonin. Yes, many sleep issues over here!
Sucks about the rubber Louise! Holy crap, so glad you're ok! Also happy they're doing something about it for you....Though it doesn't make up for you almost dying on us!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Where is it available? Would Wal Mart have it? I figure they'd sell melatonin. Even the Devil's lettuce couldn't keep me asleep last night as I was awake tossing and turning through the night.
Great to hear about the good customer service. I guess that's all you can ask for when something goes wrong with a product.
