First day is almost over and I feel good. Doesn't feel that much different yet but I feel motivated by the fact that im making a decision and sticking to it. I'm looking forward to the results. I was watching tv earlier and I was scratching my balls without thinking about it. A couple minutes later and I realised I had a boner, and my hand was on it, not fapping, just resting on it, subconsciously, and I pulled away as soon as I snapped out of it. I wanted to know if I had to reset as it was purely unintentional and I wouldn't consider it edging as there was no fap action at all. Id like to know the rules on this, thanks.

Also im on day 2 or day 3... the first few days are most definitely the hardest because once youve established a routine with your deep subconscious system, it becomes difficult to overcome it.

You're probably right bro, still of all the things that could have gone wrong... It's laughable really (I was actually laughing at myself in work yesterday).

Have you thought about talking to her about what you are doing? Depending on her nature and your relationship I think it would be a good idea to be completely honest to her about No Fap, why you are doing it, the benefits and side effects of it. This would then take the pressure off of you to get an erection and then it should be easier to get one instead of working yourself up into a state of anxiety in which you will never be able to perform.

If she is mature enough she should respect you for what you are doing.

Could also just be a one off and be completely unrelated to No Fap. These things happen.

Yeah she's been great really, considering we've only got close over the past few weeks, she says she'll wait until I'm ready. Funny thing is though, I've been ready since I was about 10, it's just my body letting me down (or me letting my body down if you take the porn use as abuse).

Just look away and use the keyboard to type out the biggest password of random numbers and letters k9 will allow, then send it to future you. The only time you need to look at it properly is to fill in the k9 password box. There's no way you can remember that kind of password off of one look, unless you've got photographic memory.

Will not believing in you give you the motivation to do this? Every time you come in here you give the same type of speech but you continue to fall int your old ways. Do something with your free time FFS man, I know we all of a bit of keyboard warrior syndrome itt but most of us have found other things to do to occupy most of our free time and take the place of fapping/porn viewing, you should do the same. It will seriously help reduce that social anxiety and you might find some things you really enjoy doing outside of this computer screen.

I can vouch for this. I may have quit them, but I still know the value of them back from my early days.

All I wanted to do when I got home was load up LOTRO and participate in the only social outlet I had outside of this forum and work, bit difficult to load up tubetube when you're "raiding".
