You've got to move on, no good dwelling on it. Think about your future not about the stuff you've done in the past.

There is literally nothing that you can do to change it, however there's a hell of a lot you can do to change your future.
The thing is, you're the only person who it bothers. Everyone else in your life sees you for who you are now (not that i expect they know about what you posted) they don't give a fck about it and neither should you.

Part of it is the pain of moving on and changing your life for the better, it's uncomfortable at times (especially when we look at who we were) but the rewards at the end are worth it.

The only reason why I ever got to 97 days is because I did cut out all stimuli. the secret to success in this is finding out your triggers and getting rid of them. I made it 83 days before I stumbled across nudes online... had it been earlier in my streak I would have failed but now I'm seeing progress and they didn't make me flinch. Hnng threads always used to lead to porn for me

Werd. Thats how I broke last time, I started toying with visual stimuli of a lesser level like bikini, handbra, nude art telling myself it was okay because its not 'porn' then I continued down that path building it up to full nudity a bit at a time. Still teasing myself by not going full out but not knowing when to stop. Its playing with fire guys. You start feeding your brain and your lust receptors kick off again yearning for an easy fix.

I would avoid HHNGG threads as although it isn't porn, you are looking at them for gratification.

Like I mentioned earlier. I get my jimmies rustled in Game of Thrones whenever there is female nudity (every episode it seems) as I feel like I'm breaking the 'no porn' rule. However I didn't ask for that nudity to be there and its not the reason for me watching it. Its part of the show so I just accept it...I did look away from the screen one time but then you're missing everything else thats happening so its just....you know *shrugs*

The fact that you are 16 means you are way ahead of the curve...and you described me perfectly from age 15-21. The main difference is I didn't try to get control of this until I was 5 years older than you. I just responded to a similar post from a guy who was also dwelling on missed opportunities in the past. What you gotta do is bottle those negative feelings, and learn from it. You don't like that feeling of regret, so you continue doing no porn no fap and all of a sudden you have that free time back, free time to go out and seize the opportunities of the future.

I've been feeling pretty good lately. The weather where I live has been absolutely fantastic. It looks like I will get to go to Portugal this summer, and I've been getting into running more every day, loving the runner's high and loving this little track I found that goes around a golf course near my home. I also deadlifted 275x5 today, the first time in 2 years I've DL'd that much.

I said this once here before but I'll say it again. I think fapping and porn addiction is like a demon that's squatting (not the exercise) on YOUR life and YOUR soul. You need to find other things to crowd YOUR life and YOUR soul with and he will eventually phuck off because there's no more room for him. Woohoo! I can't believe that I've made it thus far!

Feeling good. More relaxed. More confidant. Less tired. Doing pretty okay I guess. ;-)

Haven't had any urges to fap for a while now even though I might wake up with morning wood. Though I find that after urinating first thing in the morning it quickly shrinks back down.

Nor have I had any urges to look at porn since last year actually! Yay! Then again porn has never really been a major problem for me, I guess. It tends to make me feel depressed more than anything else so I completely avoid it.

made it to day 10 and my abdomen aches. no chance of the sex until this weekend, and even then it's no guarantee. i was only on the porn/fap thing like once or twice a week so wouldn't say i was addicted or anything but still, i'm on holidays atm and i just lay there in bed in the morning asking myself exactly why i shouldn't just fire up youjizz and mire some teddies. not even sure exactly why i'm doing this nofap thing. guess it's for the control/discipline thing.

The "no fap" thread is quiye a misleading title. I've found it's more about ridding yourself of porn addiction more than anything. Watching porn without fapping is still screwing yourself over. Go to yourbrainonporn.com, or even to the OP for more info.

The thing is, once you complete certain number of days on nofap, you realize that you don't really need any support anymore. You realize that nofap is your new habit. I think that is the reason why some of the people don't post anymore. At least that is why I've been absent. I don't know about others.
