Day 16. Fap urges have died down & have transferred into gym urges.

Anyone here use a pre-workout supplement? I've read/heard about people getting 'stim-dick', where they get something along the lines of either spontaneous boners or go limp for a short time. I'm curious as to what effect No Fap might have towards this, & if my understanding of the term is actually correct.

feels like its a big achievement but it doesn't seem to transcend in me. I have always had a problem with feeling deserved or accomplished after my achievements. Like everything's been served to me in a platter and therefore when things don't go my way I get depressed. Anyways on to the good part..

My journey since 23/12/12 what have I accomplished:

- I have put on more muscle mass during no fap( last year) compared to last 3 years

-significant decrease in social anxiety

-bit feel awkward with girls because I don't feel guilty that I just jerked off

- had more sex than ever especially this year

- played guitar again

-learned how to do salsa ( still learning its amazing)

These might not seem big things to you guys but if you knew me a year or two ago and seen the shyness and timidity in me, you'd be impressed. I can walk into anyplace and get things done. There are some mood swings but the idgaf attitude solves everything.

How do you "believe it"?

You think about the positive outcomes that you would get to enjoy if you did something, and that is all you should be thinking about.
I have trouble approaching girls too brah, everyone does, but the only difference between someone who approaches and someone who doesn't, is that the guy that approaches believes that the interaction will go well. When you're out there, and you see a girl, don't think "she's too good for me", or "she probably has a boyfriend", think "she'd look nice naked on my bed" (srs). Believe you can do it. Convince your mind that you can do it, and your body will do it. I know from experience, no bullchit.

brah I'm always on the puffy nipple time, right now even more so because higher bf (little bit of a bulk goin on) and I tell you nofap has not had any effect on it and I'm hitting 30 days on sunday. only thing that helps is being lean.

haven't noticed any big benefits from no fap, but that might be because i started no fap as soon as i decided to get into a self-improvement mindset and drop everything that wasn't productive in my life.

not really doing it to cure ED or social anxiety (since these weren't really problems for me), but doing it for a bigger goal, so i don't really care if it's placebo or not. the only thing that matters to me is that i stay disciplined and stick to my goal of not fapping. everything else is just an added benefit.

I always feel like **** after I go on this and fail a few weeks later. It helps especially with my depression and I find that right after I fap my mood makes a big turn for the worse. Curious if its from fapping or the actual ejaculation that does it.
