I also had this experience for my current streak. It was weird, it was 3 times in 8 days, but I enjoyed that. It helped make things a lot easier.
I'm on day 10 (or completing it I should say), and tomorrow is day 11. I feel good, though I was aware of desires today. I was super friggin bored, work starts tomorrow, and I was by myself all day at home. At about 3 pm I wanted to get on the computer, but I knew part of me would use that time to reset, so I said no. I'm glad I didn't, I would have been pissed.
As for my girl situation, it is going well. I'm going to take the one girl out sometime next week, probably going to very nicely tell her I'm not going to pursue her further. The other girl I am really going to go after, first time I have pursued a relationship actively in a long time. I haven't been in a relationship in 40 months (yeah, quite some time).
I will keep going to beat my record, I'm over halfway there (11 more days) for no fap. I'm somewhere at day 14/15 or the like for no porn? I definitely feel a lot more confident, as regardless of me messing up my streaks, I'm going farther between each incident. I used to be every day, or a couple times a day, now taking this into over a week I feel good and calm when talking to women. I was out shopping today and definitely could have gotten a number out of the cashier, she was super nice and good looking, but at this point I'm going after someone so I am not going to walk down that path.

So I registered basically for this thread (strong lurker though).
Seeing how I don't really have anything to lose I decided to give it a shot Currently on day 6. Not feeling any real effect so far (well, I don't really have random urges like I sometimes used to but I'm tired as fuk cause not sleeping much recently so it might be that) but going strong and gonna keep at it at least until I hit 90 days to evaluate.

Day 55. Alright I've posted this before but it should be posted again because it relates to why the flatline stage occurs. It sums up how I felt to around day 50 on my previous streak. Following my relapse on day 93 I haven't entered such a brutal flatline this time. I would go as far to say that I really haven't experienced flatline at all this time around. It's worth the read.

Miscers I fail 90% of the time on weekends and especially coming into one.
The tempation is always there and just begging me to give in, I just have to stay strong, but its soo damn hard. Its kind of like me changing right from the wrong,
In this case my brain thinks its right and ok to fap so therefore my body acts as if its natural, leading it to be difficult when trying to overturn the temptation.
Not only that but, I am also going to Las Vegas tomorrow and I know the tempation will be 100000 times stronger there.
I dont want to give in, I dot want to be back where I started and continue this cycle of "what if's" or "maybe next time"

I did legs today and set another PR on the Leg Press. I even made it in a 2nd time later in the day for a lighter leg/shoulder pulls/core/2nd cardio session to tear down anything that I didn't finish off yesterday nor this morning. I'm makin' all kinds of gains.
I swear, my world stops whenever this one blonde trainer shows up to the gym. Her face is one of epic beauty and the type of perfection that would have been painted by Renaissance artists. Inb4 I start hitting 3x per day, just for the slight chance that I will be granted the privilege of looking in her direction at the same time as she looks in mine.
Today was my 13th consecutive day of lifting. My gains just keep going up. I displace so much water due to the humidity and heat here (90+ F). I end up having a ravenous appetite by the time I make it home. Oh lawd, only 4 more weeks of Summer classes before I get to start doing some serious bodybuilding.
I feel so high after every workout. I'm not sure if I am deeply infatuated on the thought of this broad, or if I'm just releasing a ton of dopamine from gymming so hard. ^_^🤡 Honk-Pilled 🤡

It only takes common sense to figure out how much you will be able to gain given the proper amount of surplus calories without exceeding what is humanly possible to convert and becoming fat. The Hodge Twins strongly recommend no more than 300 calories above your maintenance level for your current body weight. I'm sure you can break it down into a more refined and complex set of macro-nutrient ratios given your own BMR and knowledge of your metabolism. ^_^
Another key thing is HEALTH! Don't neglect your immunity. Keep your digestive systems clean. Don't build up too much of a tolerance to stimulants. Don't stress yourself. Practice ample hygiene on a daily basis. Eat fresh foods more than anything. Keep your place neat and organized to reduce problems. Everything stays positive if you work for it. (srs)🤡 Honk-Pilled 🤡
