    Zup guize, day 9 of my new count checking in. For those of you who haven´t read my 100th day post, this new count is not due to failing, but due to a more strict routine and new goals.

    I haven´t thought at all about sex these last days. My focus has mainly been aimed at schoolwork and taking care of myself. As mentioned in previous posts these last 100 ( +9) days I´ve made several new female friends, most of them really hot about dem 6.5 on the miscs-scale. semi-srs. I got no social anxiety at all. I started this jus for fun. To see if any gains would come from this at all, Mind = blown. My focus on has never been better, my outlook on why / why not to be in a relationship has become more clear and I´m starting to understand what kind of girls I actually like and who I don´t give a flying fudge about.

    I follow Arnolds words. Never be afraid to fail, what´s the point of being on this earth if the only thing you do is trying to be like everyone else?

    You are right man, sorry it took me so long to respond. Basically I went back to stop paying attention to my emotions as they came up, and cheating by going and clicking on pictures that were arousing me, even if it wasn't porn.

    I'm on day 3? Whatever the day, I'm doing fine. Being away and busy but in a nonstressful was is really helpful. Also spent some time with a girl tonight that used to have a thing with me back in the day. It is always interesting to just see someone from your past and how they have transformed, good or bad. I would say I've made leaps and bounds to where I was last year, since last year I was dealing with this issue in private, not really taking care of it.

    I really do need more sleep though, and to take better care of myself.
    I'll make those 22 days by the end of the month, and from there we will get better at this, day by day, minute by minute.

    Had a dream that I was fapping to porn... wonder why these are so common on no fap.

    Yeah, you are correct to say that there appears to be a pattern of thinking that you need to achieve some success on here to have a right to post somthing valid but that is little wonder from the amount of put downs that I've seen happen on here...when encouragement was what was needed. So they fcked off never to be seen for one reason or another.
    So the comments on the cky knts was aimed at getting people to a place where they can believe in themselves.. this isn't black and white for everybody ..

    Was going 10 days strong in late march then relapsed. Tried to do no fap April but failed. Once you fap even once it's really easy to get back into the habit. Now I am on 2weeks+ and going strong. Hope to be on the no fap May list.

    I didn't have a chance too. I'll check it out for sure. Exams got me all week and then I've got a ton of work to get all the people graduated and out of here. Haven't even packed to go home yet! I will let you know what I think when I get a chance.

    Day 1. To be honest, I'd be lying if I said i felt any worse after yesterday. Still feel confident and motivated which is two main things I want from nofap. It was mainly the guilt of losing the streak that hurt, but once I accepted that it's alright.

    I'm on day 3? Whatever the day, I'm doing fine. Being away and busy but in a nonstressful was is really helpful.     Question: If one's addiction is so bad and they've been used to edging for hours on end, could it be beneficial to ease in to NoFap by first learning to stop edging; that is by orgasming as SOON as possible?
