Ok I've done absolutely brilliant for months as I'm on a cut of 1600-1900 calories a day and 150-220g protein and I was up to 1450 healthy calories today... Until I had to nip to the shop and for some silly reason I couldn't resist temptation and ended up buying 2 big bags harribos, 2 bags hula hoops and 3 x Coors light 330ml bottles and ate the lot ( I feel like shut now tho as its just loads of sugar and rubbish carbs... To be honest I feel fat as that alone is abt 2000 calories... I'm back on my diet now but it actually feels like I've gained fat or summat abs are showing as much I'm around 10-12% have I ruined it ? #Gutted
