I am a endomorph who needs to lose 10 to 15 percent bodyfat. How many days should I train?
I hear so many different things and now totally confused. I have trained hard 5 days in a row, and would like to take a day off, but feeling guilty?
I am doing the BSN summer melt challenge so don't have a lot of time.
Any help appreciated.

This is hard to answer. It varies from person to person. Some people can exercise 5 days straight, like you, without feeling really tired or anything. I'm not sure. All I can say is that if you're feeling tired, you should take a DELOAD. That's basically when you lift half as heavy as you normally would for a while. There's other ways to take a deload, but that is my fav way.
"Lift light, until you can lift right!" Leave your ego out of it!
Don't compare yourself to others. You're your own person.
Lift, eat, then sleep. Rinse & Repeat.

Completely dependant on the person. Some people can get away with training everyday, others need anywhere from 1-4 days off a week. It's tough if you're doing the challenge and have limited time, because frankly the best way to tell is to take the time to see what your body is capable of, and what it's limits are. I wouldn't say you should feel guilty about taking a day off after 5 days in the gym though. I'd say push yourself to where you feel comfortable, if you find yourself overly tired and your workouts are suffering, cut back. Training volume is one of the things that fluctuates most from person to person I find.
