    Question on HIIT

    Whats your take on High intensive interval training. im about 15% bodyfat right now. i want to get shredded. is high intensive interval training any good??

    lately i've been running 3 minutes of slow intensity, 3 minutes of medium intensity and 3 minutes of fast intensity.

    all depends on your body type. I am an ecto and I don't touch HIIT cardio. LISS cardio and diet alone can reduce my bf% significantly. but keep it simple... 30 sec jogging pace, then 100% sprinting pace. do this 10 times and it should take you exactly 15 minutes. then u r done. 2-3 times a week should be a good start

    I love HIIT! I feel great after and I have seen great results. I recently started doing my sprints on an incline and I was surprised at how easy it was. Small incline, though. 2.5. You should at least give it a try.
