Oh gosh, I've never seen that one, I thought it as this one with the bulldog. (Same thing happened, but the leash snaps)
Poor dog. yes, it's a bug dog and fear can set in but to stand there and watch it suffer?! After a while it wasnt even moving! I think that's the owner than ran back down to get it, no? Why wait that long? Hit the next floor button and run down the steps!

The real ****ing idiot is the guy standing there staring at the dog...
He clearly sees the dog struggling there and his brain is incapable of figuring out that he can hold the dog so he doesn't hang to death and call for someone with a tool to cut the leash. Making me rage seeing him just stand there.
Edit: I now see there's at least one smart being in that building.Last edited by JustiNtense; 03-15-2013 at 11:40 AM.

The woman was probably just scared the dog would bite her if she tried to grab him (which maybe could have happened - i'd but careful in these situations too)... same for the man. On the other hand at least get a stool or something for the dog to get a foothold so he doesnt choke to death and after he calms himself you can still cut the leash. The owner is the one that upsets me the most - 1. not being responsible for his dog 2. taking AGES to come back down for his dog - wtf just press the button for the next best floor and get to the dog asap.

ITT people who have never been attacked by a large dog placing more value on an animal's life then a human's.
Yeah, I'm gonna go help a German Shepard out that is panicking and doesn't know what is going on. You really think the dog is going to know its you that saved it and not bite the **** out of you? Get mad at the owner for putting the dog in that situation, not bystanders who probably do not deal with dogs ever and probably have a fear of large ones.

you really think this is the reason why they didn't help? They could have at least TRIED to help the dog, if it attacked then understandable if they back off. From what I saw of the video they just stood and watch, kunts
oh and a dog being hanged to death is really gunna do some serious damage to you, notsrs
