I would say bring a buddy with you and confront him somewhere public. Don't start a fight, but confront him and see what he's about. He did kick your car, you certainly have a right to confront him about it.


Preferably make him look like an ass and then walk away. If he really wants a fight make sure it's clear from an onlooker's perspective that he is actively starting the fight not you. Then you beat the crap out of him in self defense. If your school, or anybody takes any action they will have to ask witnesses. If he started the fight and lost it's his problem. You were just defending yourself - so you're in the clear. $0.02

Alright so theres this dude who was talking **** on twitter about me and today after school I was walking to my car and Im driving slowly to the schools exit and he knocks on my driver window then kicks my rear bumper like he wanted to fight. He also had his homie with him Im guessing they were gonna try to jump me. I drove away, but what should i have done?

Was in a very similar situation a couple years ago, dude wouldnt stop talking sh!t to me, wouldnt leave me alone. I brushed it off on every occasion because it never escalated to a physical conflict. One day he pushed me in front of a few people at a local bar/hang out spot, bouncer saw him push me first and I unloaded and punched him in the nose.

He got escorted out of the bar, tried to file a police report and it got dropped when witnesses said he instigated it. He dealt with a broken nose and hasnt bothered me since.

Sorry guys I know this is late but i was on spring break and i went to a house party one night and that same dude and three homies were there.

Heres a summary.
I got jumped Mar 23rd at a house party. Then after getting jumped i got up and fought him 1v1 and he backed off. I went home that night drunk, high, and with a concussion. I had to drive 3 freinds home while tipsy.

I had never been in a fight before so i was scared. It was wet and muddy cuz it had rained. I had downed 3-4 shots of pure vodka. It was around 11pm.

First i confronted him, I said "Im not fighting u over twitter beef and it was a joke becuz we had argue on twitter about Arabs and Persians" Im Persian hes an Arab. And his homie who was 20 something was actually a cool dude he mentored him and said dude aint going he tried to stop him from fighting me. so nothing happened he jus stood there.
I walk back inside the party.
Then his other homie follows me.
He says come outside he wants to talk again! This time i knew something was up for sure obviously. So i take my freind with me who doesnt speak english hes new to America only here for a year but hes fairly tall about 6'0 and 160pds. He gets jumped too.
I go outside, my homie follows me.
Then two guys come out of nowhere and start yelling "Why are u talking **** about Muslims". I never said anything like that. They were trying to start ****.
So after getting kicked in the head and punched for 30 seconds on the ground by two guys. My homie who is half drunk who was in the house partying comes outside cuz he saw my text 5 min later i needed him and breaks up the fight and i walk away from the scene. Then the same dude who was talkin **** continues to stunt.

KEEP IN MIND, HE GOT HIS HOMIE TO JUMP ME. HE DID NOT FIGHT ME.

I was a lil drunk and i knew i had to end it here or else. My shirt and jeans muddy. My head was throbbing. I take off my shirt. I give it to some black dude and tell him to hold it. Anyways my shirt ends up never getting found i think he stole it. I was drunk so idk what i was doing.

I get in fight stance. He trie to tackle me i sprawl. I get up and reposition and kick him in his ribs as hard as i can. Then he tried to walk away and go help out his homie who was getting tore up by my homie.




I saw him at school for the remaining months but he didnt bother me no more. I didnt instigate altho he still talked ****. He still tried to say he was cool and all cuz he jumped me it was all over twitter and instagram the next day but i didnt say anything cuz i didnt want to involve in stupid **** anymore


I wish i had been better prepared.

For real i think i suffered a concussion because i started having memory problems for two weeks.


The first day after spring break we had to take the ACT. I took it in anger. I knew when i saw his ass i was gonna pop his ass for what he did.

I goto lunch. He sits across behind me at another table. Me and three of my football teammates are talking. Then the same guy who jumped me hollers my name out an asks for a dollar . I look dead at him and say "F*** you *****'" Then he keeps laughing.


I really wanted to beat his ass but my freind was holdin me back tellin me its not worth it u alrwady fought him.

The dude who got his homies to jump me is about 6'2 190 20-25% BF. Smokes pot alot. Hes Arabic. Wears glasses. And he knows a lot of people. I didnt want to mess with him bcuz he probly is involved in gangs or some****.

I was jokin wit this dude on twitter who was Arabic. I told him his people eat rats. I know my fault. But we both kno it was a joke. Then another dude who goes to my school saw the tweet and got mad, so him and his homie jump in talking ****. Makin the situation worse.

The final day before spring break im pullng out of the parking lot going out and he knocks on my window and his homie was there but i drove off knowin i cant risk it.
