Big thanks to MT for giving me the opportunity to review a 2 lbs. tub of its Phase 8 Chocolate Protein.

Right now, there's a great special in the store of a BOGO on all the 2 lbs. flavors, so definitely think about stocking up. I know I've tried the vanilla and it is one of the best vanilla proteins I've ever tried. I'm picking up the different flavors from this deal. Gotta stock up on that protein!

I'll be using the Chocolate Phase 8 for numerous concoctions. I've used it a few times already with my protein fluff......I'll have pics of the outcome from one of those recipes this afternoon. If you don't know what fluff is, then you may want to google it and try it for yourself. It is a tremendously filling snack and works out great if you are looking to maximize your calories to satiety level. This protein makes the BEST-textured fluff that I've ever had!

Edit: Just ordered the BOGO on Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry. ~$90 for 15 lbs. protein that tastes this good! Yes, please.

I'll send you my strawberry, that stuff taste like strawberry flavored chalk sprinkled on a pencil eraser!!

Snack #1: Chocolate Strawberry Protein Fluff:

Ingredients:

1 Scoop Phase 8
1/4tsp xanthan gum
~340g frozen strawberries (heated to be barely thawed)
1/4C almond milk



Mix protein/xanthan gum/almond milk



Add Strawberries



Turn mixer on, gradually getting to highest setting



Leave on high for ~5 minutes



Enjoy a whipped-cream type treat



Huge bowl for about 300 calories! So filling, too.

Phase 8 makes the best fluff protein I've ever used, and I've used a lot! It will be my base for this recipe for the foreseeable future.

Taste: Amazing!

That fluff looks unbelievable. Thought those were raspberries until I re-read through the post. And agreed 100% on the vanilla, love that flavor.

Let us know for sure your feedback on Strawberry. I throughly enjoy strawberry (more than chocolate honestly), hope you do as well!
