Intermediate Workout ( Limited Equipment )

    Hi,

I was wondering could anyone direct me to an intermediate workout program, mainly shoulders, biceps, legs and chest if possible. I have been training for about 6 months now, but I only have a small amount of equipment at home and I haven't came across a workout plan that acquires this equipment.

I train four nights a week and I have the following equipment: Bench Press, Ez Bar, and Dumbbells. My main goal is to be toned and gai strength.

If anyone knows of a workout plan that would fit this description and can help me, I'd really appreciate it.

    Thanks!

What makes you think you are an intermediate after 6 months?

No. It's based off your ability to add weight to the bar.

If you can add it workout to workout, you're a novice/beginner.

Week to week, you're in the intermediate range

This. I even see intermediate as running more on the week-month range.
Where advanced have to work for months to add 5-10 pounds to a lift.

A lot of people think they're intermediates when they aren't close.

    Stronglifts 5x5.

    Stronglifts 5x5.
I'd say that if you can add 5lbs monthly then you're pushing the intermediate rage to it's max limit. more of a general guideline.

I LOL at the people that think they're intermediates. I'd personally love to go back at my current strength level and get beginner gains all over again.

    Agreed.
I wish I would have ran 5x5 FIRST instead of spending a year doing stupid bodybuilding crap and then 6 months doing 5/3/1.

If everyone would just do this, they'd make amazing progress:
5x5 and eat huge for 6 months
5/3/1 and eat around maintenance for a year
then worry about addressing personal preferences like bringing up a lagging bodypart, or doing bodybuilding splits.
