Posted pics in Losing Fat but never here, so I figured I'll post here.
At the start of my transformation, I was almost 300 pounds (About 290-295). Decided I needed to make a change ASAP and started counting calories (Following IIFYM) and hitting the gym. Prior to this, I hadn't ever lifted weights seriously in my entire life, so obviously I was weak as hell. I couldn't bench 95 pounds more than twice when I started, if that's an indicator of just how weak and out of shape I was.
I started eating at 2,400 calories and every so often I would drop it a bit (2,200 - 2,000 - 1,750; I've never eaten less than 1750). To be honest, I barely did any cardio and I didn't do as much ab work as I should have. I was confident enough in my diet that I would lose weight without having to do cardio. Any cardio I did was for the health aspect, a little extra burn, and/or for fun. So enough talk, here are the pictures.

this is awesome. im on a similar journey myself. (ive always worked out pretty intensely though, played college fb) now graduated and 22. I started at 315. currently down to 286 in just 2 months (only 1 month of proper dieting though, first month was a stupid crash diet, basically starving myself at 1500 cals a day)
congrats.. more motivation for me.January 2013: 325lbs
