In what part of the chest do you guys feel sore after working it out. I have little to no soreness in most of the muscle but a very high level of soreness where the chest connects to the delt...it always was like that. Is it normal?

Fairly normal. Try narrowing your grip or consciously bring your elbows in while pressing.

Yeah I mostly feel it where it inserts at the armpit, pretty sure that's normal. Just like bicep pain is mostly near the elbow

Ty. Now, after starting to train after a long break, i can barely open my arms lol. Weird that it works like that, and yes Lar, same with the bis.

How long? The worst type of DOMS is when you can't straighten your arms for fear of a bicep popping off lol

Break was for like 4 months, broken wirst bone needed surgery. Now its 3 days after chest training day, and im still feeling a lite swelling in the area aside from the movement pain. But it is normal, i had big breaks before. Leg day is coming, so i emptied the agenda for the following week lol.

Im the gaining size type when i can't train lol. So im basically fat and can't really determine muscle loss because its all covered. 10 weeks of training to get myself rolling and then maybe a cut to see where im at.

All this because i fell down while drunk out of my mind, didn't even feel the bone cracking.

If you ever need to break a bone, drunk is the way to do it lol. Never since drunk like that though, not only because of the incident but the depression that comes with drinking and that you already mentioned made me think that its not worth it. Only beers now and then. And now that i started training and dieting, not even that.

Yeah, as fun as drink is very little good comes from it in the long run

My mate and I apparently got into a fight with three guys in the toilets of a club the last time we were out..I found out more than a week later. Zero memory of it..das not it mane. Haven't touched the stuff since and don't intend to for a while at least.

The times you wake up having no idea how you got there...start calling people afraid of what they will tell you lol. I know plenty of stories that happened to me that i don't remember, its a very weird sensation.

Went out with friends in the city where we studied to celebrate new year, woke up in a dark room. Turned on the light, it was my room in my parents house 70km away from where i went out lol. Had no idea what was going on...but i knew my parents saw me getting home, so i was worried on exactly what they had seen. Later i discovered my friends got me home, i tried to enter the house by deactivating the alarm, i didn't manage it in 3 tries and the alarm started ringing...my parents found me near the alarm, saying that i wasn't drunk while drool came out of my mouth.

Last thing i remembered about that night was a friend betting i wouldn't do push ups in the middle of the dance floor for a free drink...i got my free drink and lost my memory from then on.

Im used to high prices, but when i started paying 8 euros for a screwdriver and ended up drinking orange juice...i began to do my drinking pre-club.
