I was thinking about connecting, through some kind of program, an alarm sound to my e-mail, so that i could ask someone from the forum to send me an e-mail when the pre judging started.
Is there such a program that would allow me to do that?

I can't seem to find something with sounds..
These are the options I get;
Although, there's this image from this article (http://www.macworld.com/article/1159394/mailrules.html);
There seems to be quite a lot of options ;
I'l look into it.

"Setting up a sound notification feature is currently not available in Hotmail or in Hotmail Plus. However, it is available in the Windows Live Mail client. You can use it to verify when there's a new message received.
If you wish to use Windows Live Mail, please click here.
After installation, please refer this article on how to configure your Hotmail account in Live Mail.
Lastly, follow the steps below to activate the Sound Notification from your Windows Live Mail:
1. Press Alt + F.
2. On the dropdown list, select Options.
3. Click on Mail.
4. On the General Tab, check Play Sound when new messages arrive.
5. Click Apply and OK."

I suppose you could also set up that your e-mails get sent directly to your phone as a text, and set up an alarm when you receive a text.

Programmer + video games. Totally depends on what words you get on the test, some are just easier to type and others are harder (ie: where the letters are on the keyboard)
It's funny soon as I started racing against someone I "knew" I was nervous lolLast edited by B-Neva; 09-15-2014 at 01:47 PM.
