Order in. Disappointed with BB.com

Not trying to complain but kinda out of the ordinary.

Ordered $270 worth of stuff. I'm a loyal customer with many many many different orders.

One of my favorite things are the surprises and samples you get. Seems like I get less and less every time I order. This time the only thing extra is a little pack of Xat7 fat burner. Whatever the heck that is.

Trying not to complain because I know they don't have to give me jack. But that's just what put BB.com ahead of others

Yea I think it depends on which warehouse. Made a order of just hemavol and compete and recieved a trial size of platinum pre but other times make bigger orders with nothing

Kinda weird because it came out of their main headquarters. Boise. But i cant complaint with shipping time. Ordered it monday at 12pm. Got here today at 10 am. Less than 48 hours

Note to BB.com. I love surprises, razors, samples and freebies lol

yeah i got the same thing. I usually get the pre though, and it was a larger order than usual. weird. I have enough pre to last a while though

got the same packet of fatburners yesterday in my order went to open then and the caps were broken and the powder was fing everywhere in the bottom of the pack so i trashed them, the on preworkout was ok

Must be nice. I've placed 3 orders in the last month with bb.com (Keep forgetting stuff). 1 order placed last month ($210) took 3 weeks to get here, and an order placed last week still hasnt hit the border.

dat shipping time to canada. sigh.

Let customer service know. I am pretty sure they will add things to your next shipment. I even think the freebies are also free for BB.com because they are from supp companies wanting to interest consumers in their products. As a valued customer you have a right to express being unsatisfied and get some form of compensation.

THIS. My order shipped two weeks ago Thursday and it's still not through customs. I've gotten packages from BB.com in 4 business days in the past

Yup, feels like any time an order ships from PA it takes MUCH longer to clear customs than orders shipping from Boise. I just want my Hemavol, Compete, and OxiOmegas

The thing is... my order's coming from Boise, so did my order in the past that came in 4 business days.

Well, my first order I fully received in 2.5 weeks.

The 2nd/3rd orders were:

Order 2:
Craze x1 / OxiOmegas x2

Order 3:
Hemavol/Compete (1 of each flavor with the bogo deal)

Pre-WO for days. Haha. Where do you live? Seems random that all my orders lately have shipped from PA but beforehand they always came out of Boise

so you're going to use the 10% off coupon + free gift they give out and then complain they don't send you sample packets of stuff?

"2 free samples" lol. It's not like it used to be. I remember the days of adding every free sample in the store to my cart, and they'd still give me other samples!

I agree 100% with this. IMO this thread was a waste of time. You didn't get some samples? Boo hoo I mean come on bro you're getting fast shipping, a 10% off coupon code and a free item based off the purchase price. What more do you really want?

That's happened to me before. Not that big of a deal although it's a nice treat to get samples.
Now I just add my own samples (as referenced above) and I'm good to go.

But, a couple of weeks ago I got my order and they forgot my free gift.
That kind of pissed me off.
