there's essentially no difference but if u want a small test boost u can fap once a week.
also if u fap like 2 times a day then it might affect ur gains but 3 times a week would be ok.Ex-Distance Runner | Ex-Sprinter | Current Bodybuilder/weight lifter

I didn't say it won't make you tired so I don't see your point in people agreeing with you.
What I'm saying is being tired or not is subjective to each individuals.
If someone jerks off twice and feels more energetic in the gym, then your argument fails.
Jerking doesn't necessarily make you tired. It just makes you more relaxed. Being tired is subjective.
