    Talking Post your protein shake recipes!

    mines currently
    3 scoops of whey
    2 tablespoons of peanut butter
    1 cup of oats
    a banana
    2 cups of milk

    anybody else have any? if you have any good ones for gaining mass post them too

    ON Vanilla Ice Cream with Orange Gatorade.. tastes like orange sherbert icecream. Ill drink this on my way out of the gym.

    If im low on my cals for the day, i do ON Vanilla Custard Gainer, 5 strawberries, 1/2 banana, Healthy Balance Apple juice and blend it up. Tastes like strawberry Jamba Juice.

    That's a lot of calories. Why not just enjoy some food? Only time I supplement protein is if I haven't hit my macro at the end of the day. Otherwise, I prefer to eat some food.

    My daily protein shake recipe for breakfast is usually this. Yeah I know it's a bit amount of stuff but I blend it all in my Vitamix 5200 series blender hehe. If you need any other good recipes let me know because I could probably go almost half the day on just shakes with my darn blender lol. It's an expensive blender but trust me if you buy it you won't regret it in the long run!

    2 scoops dymatize ISO-100 (gourmet chocolate)
    1 apple
    big handful of spinach
    big handful of red kale
    Red beets
    A little ginger
