    Bench for a 16 y/o

Last week I began earnestly training. In one week I upped my bench from 160(1RM) to 175 today, 10 lbs off my bodyweight. Whats the normal bench for my age? My trainer said he'll be able to get me to 200 in another month. Obviously Im experiencing the neurological gains ( noobs gains) right now and my progress will definitely slow down. How realistic do you think his comment is?
    Thanks!

It's very realistic if you have the heart and commitment for it.
