So I have a competition coming up in a few weeks and I have to really tone my abs up. I run and sprint everyday and do core exercises. I drink a gallon of water a day, take creatine and eat about 3500 calories a day. Im 5'9'' and I weigh about 170. I don't know what Im doing wrong! Any tips will be appreciated! Thanks!

You already seem to have a core so NO loosing weight and less calories I not the answer..
Right now id say its about really shredding up your abs..
I do leg lifts and incline sit ups by the hundreds, but that's just me.. And you can't argue with the results..
Try this routine 3 times a week..
30 leg lifts, then with no breaks find a platform (your bed or something) and let your upper body (from your belly button) hang, with only your legs (which should be knees up) supporting you as you do sit ups.. 30 times as well ...
^ both with no break, 3 sets.. About 20 second rest between each set.

HIIT for abs: 1min burpees (w/ push-up on bottom and jump when on your feet)30sec rest + 1 min jumping lunges 30sec rest + 1min plank 30sec rest repeat x you decide. Kill fat to show your abs.
My only competition is the man I was yesterday!
To each his/her own. So, don't be a hater. The world has too many already!

This ^^^
In short, everything..............What kind of show are you attempting to do in two weeks with that diet? 3500 cals, taking creatine & asking these types of questions two weeks out, do not equal competition readiness!
I like your video and I agree with a good part of it, however, squats & deads are not enough for most people. I never saw my abs until I started doing direct work.
I hate this phrase! While I under stand its context, sandwiches are made in the kitchen, abs are built in the gym... With this logic, why workout any body part?**PUREBLOOD FOR LIFE CREW**
