bench press not working for me

sorry if this has been asked before i could not find a proper answer. i've been bulking for the past few weeks. everything is going really well and my numbers are going up except for my bench press. I can really feel it hitting my chest, but when I work it out again the next session the weight doesn't increase.
This is my chest routine right now:

    Bench Press:
    95x8, 115x8 135x8 155x(6-8) 165x(3-5) 170x(2-4) 175x(2-4)
    Tricep Head Raises
    45x10 50x10 55x10

Do you guys have any suggestions on changes I could implement to fix this?
I will rep anyone who can offer help. Thanks.

How much are you squatting and deadlifting? Also how tall are you? And how much do you weigh?
I rep back :) (measly reps)

    Bench: 295lbs
    Squat: 450lbs

    Irrelevancy to the max achieved.

But now, how long after is your "next session?" Doing strength every two days wouldn't be a good thing, I mean.

Actually, is relevant. If someone weighs 110 lbs they probably shouldn't be complaining about a max of around 185. If they weigh 200+, that bench number would be poor. Same as if OP was squatting less than that

I can back squat 300 4-5 times I've never tried my max. I use a smith machine though idk if that makes a difference. I don't deadlift though because of back problems. I'm 6'4, and I weigh about 190.

Do you think you can explain why that is not good? I try to do two days on, one day off, but it sometimes ends up being every other day.

Too many sets, too many reps, too little intensity. If you wanna do strength, do some warm-up reps and save your energy for higher numbers and lower reps. If 175 is your max now, for example, instead of doing 1000 sets before reaching it, do 115x12 - 145x8 - 165x4, for example. Then proceed to do 175x(2-5)x3.

    That's how I'd approach it.

OP as Dave Tate would say, " you need to learn how to fuggin bench". Srs check this article out and implement the techniques and you will be much better off. http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_...nch_press_cure

He's got a Youtube that goes along with it as well.

you probably need to eat more food, 190lbs isn't much for a 6'5 man
I'd also look at programming. You should be stronger on the bench.
and yes, learn how to phuckin bench
    Goals:

    1.5 bw Bench
    2.0+ bw Squat
    2.5 bw Deadlift
    Gain 20 lbs
