i'm lazy so I throw my frozen veggies, diced potatoes, and chicken in a bowl and microwave them. Then drown in hot sauce.

They are all packed with vitamins and minerals, breakdown varies. "Best" is to eat a variety so you aren't lacking any micronutrients.

Some people may want to avoid more calorie dense starchy veggies, otherwise just eat lots of whatever vegetable you like.

Baby spinach is a good bet... use it in place of lettuce in salads.

Spinach, Kale, butternut squash, cauliflower are all quite nutrient dense.

Broccoli and sprouts are my favourites, cauliflower on occasion and the odd carrot here and there goes down nicely

broccoli with oyster sauce; shredded cabbage with TJ's low cal caesar; roasted squash/zucchini; and sweet potaters because they're delicious. As much as I like spinach, an entire bag of it cooks down into a small bowlful and I feel like I'm getting ripped off...

green beans boiled in chicken broth
asparagus with some olive oil and salt
    soy beans
    snap peas

I eat mine raw in a salad, or just use the spinach in a protein shake. You can't even taste it but are benefiting from the nutrients.
