Notes: This is quite a bit different from what I had been doing. Takes noticeably longer too.
I dropped my bench and press "max" by 5 lbs each. I jumped them up a bunch in the past month in order to work with heavier weights, but with the programming change that is not only unnecessary, but probably a bad idea. Joker sets will get me heavier weights when I want them.

I notice the same on certain days. I just take it as the time difference between here and over the water.
Shack seems to only get bumped by Lu. And if he is in banned camp forever then this thread will be doomed.

Without looking at bodyspace as on my phone. I am probably looking at 11.5 lb gain in 12 weeks.
I been doing lots of thinking and may actually look at running a 5x5 style program for my accessories after each 5/3/1 session.
Using a template as a progression tool. Also keeps me accountable.
I hold my bw a lot different than others it seems. 178lb at 5'11 on me is like a sofa potato. On others it seems they look slim.Ride it like you just stole it.
