Good. Today is leg day but I want to do my push workout instead. I've also replaced the SOHP with the seated press because I hate having to turn off the fan before every set.

So I did my push workout. I was really looking forward to this session because I planned to do the seated press and that's what I did. Got an awesome pump. Since I don't have a bench or strong enough stool, I sat on four 20 kg plates stacked one on top of the other. Worked like a charm.

Hi, chaps. This new split is pretty brutal. I went from 12-14 sets a session to 20-28 sets a session. The good news is that I don't get very sore anymore (been two weeks).

You aren't allowed to skip a day. If you skip a day, as in you don't lift that day, you do that day next.

There is no changing the order of the rotation, and there is no doing a push when you haven't done legs since the last push.

That is known as being a pussy *******.

Do it again and you won't be allowed to do any kind of a split anymore, you will only be allowed to do full body routines that have squats as the first exercise of every session.

4x5 GM
4x12 Squat
4x12 Reverse Lunge
4x20 Calf Raise
4x12 Situp

I have to do this every four days. I think it's too much to work legs that often with that much volume. Also, yes, I've chosen to do sets of 12 because I don't do any cardio.

also, im strong. did 3 sets of 3 reps with 105kg last week. felt lightweight. i could have done the same (pushing a bit) with 115kg.
Currently im 77kg and aiming nothing, as i have no goals, i just keep on lifting cuz i love it and sometimes muay thai a bit (get beat a lot), run few times a week, eat like a beast, what should i do?

What do you want to do? Shed fat? That's very easy but only if you have willpower. Starting a journal here will help.

Being 'fast' has nothing to do with being lean. My kickboxing partner had visible abs but I was always faster than him despite being fat and having large legs. Your Muay Thai teacher should be able to help you out. You need to do a lot of foot work 9000 times a day. I will send you a PM when I get back on my PC. I'll tell you about my foot work routine.
