Wow, so my headaches were not caused by cutting down on coffee. Too bad, though; I love oranges. Head hurts if I eat more than 3 a day.

You aren't allowed to skip a day. If you skip a day, as in you don't lift that day, you do that day next.
There is no changing the order of the rotation, and there is no doing a push when you haven't done legs since the last push.
That is known as being a pussy *******.
Do it again and you won't be allowed to do any kind of a split anymore, you will only be allowed to do full body routines that have squats as the first exercise of every session.

I agree with all that, but here be my legs rooteen:
4x5 Squat
4x5 GM
4x12 Squat
4x12 Reverse Lunge
4x20 Calf Raise
4x12 Situp
I have to do this every four days. I think it's too much to work legs that often with that much volume. Also, yes, I've chosen to do sets of 12 because I don't do any cardio.

Guise, motivate a home sick fatass to get better and take herself together :P
also, im strong. did 3 sets of 3 reps with 105kg last week. felt lightweight. i could have done the same (pushing a bit) with 115kg.
Currently im 77kg and aiming nothing, as i have no goals, i just keep on lifting cuz i love it and sometimes muay thai a bit (get beat a lot), run few times a week, eat like a beast, what should i do?NB! If i accidentally neg you or forget to rep back, pm me :3

Journals are a PITA to maintain.
Being 'fast' has nothing to do with being lean. My kickboxing partner had visible abs but I was always faster than him despite being fat and having large legs. Your Muay Thai teacher should be able to help you out. You need to do a lot of foot work 9000 times a day. I will send you a PM when I get back on my PC. I'll tell you about my foot work routine.
I've been alright and jobless.
