also guarana is just after caffeine in its stim blend list and is similar to caffeine, so what it all comes down to is a sh*tload of guarana and caffeine. everything else under that is not even worth mentioning in their doses. the good thing with prop blends is you can see the order of ingredients with the first ingredient containing the most and roughly calculate how much is in each serving.
if u wanted something similar homemade that works just as good or better (probably better) u could get citrulline malate + caffeine + tyrosine/n-acetyl tyrosine + ALCAR + glucuronolactone + guarana (not even really needed if u have the other ingredients in good doses). those are pretty much the only active ingredients in this blend and most of them are badly dosed as well. it'd be much cheaper and probably better tasting (tang/tart/sour citrulline malate would probably overpower everything else and i personally enjoy the flavor). not to say that u should do this, but that the combo of these ingredients would replicate and even exceed all the bullsh*t in this.

I've been using C4 and Optimum's P.R.E. samples that have been piling up.
Craze would give me bad stomach aches that would make it feel like I'd have diarrhea at any possible moment.. no thanks Jeff. Also I was also grumpy/angry right after I left the gym when I was using Craze.. was odd but stopped when I quit taking it?
