Cut for 2 months and lost about 8.5lbs. Not a huge cut, just a mini one to lose some fat.
What do I need to work on from a frontal stand point. Back width and quad sweep are my other weak points but since I recognized that I decided not to include pics. What should I work on guys? Reps for good responses.
