How many sets should I do or how many exercises

well since my rear delts were a lagging body part, as is with a lot of bodybuilders that i know, what i started doing is hitting it twice a week. i mean the way i see it, the rear delts are in the back right, so why not also hit them with back day. so i've started doing 2 exercises for them on back day mondays, and 2 exercises for them on thursday shoulder day. i'll hit the rear pec deck, seated bent over rear delt flyes i guess you'd call them, high rope pulls to my chin on a pulley, and single arm bent over side raises as well. i do 3-4 sets and about 10-20 reps of each, it just depends on how i'm feeling that day.
