One of my teachers (baseball coach) he says baseball is the most mentally challenging due to the fact you have a 98mph ball coming at you.. i have to disagree.. what do you guys think??

Most mentally challenged sport is debatable, but they are all gifted athletes and I admire their courage.

Boxing. Not the fight especially, but all the preparation around the big fights: being able to do the training camps who are long and painful, being able to drop 20 pounds, calories restriction and still strain hard, being able to face the pressure associated with big fights, ect.
