All I do for the deltoids are: Military Presses, Lateral Raises and Bent Laterals.
    "Shut up and lift!"
    "Eat big to get big."
    "Deadlift and grow."
    'Train, Eat, Sleep."
    "Knowledge is power."
"What does not kill you, will make you stronger."

    Ergo sum fortissimus.

All I do are (in this order):
    Seated Over head DB press.
    DB lateral raises
    Seated/bent-over reverse shoulder/flies
    shrugs.

Hits all the good spots, I sometimes throw in standing overhead BB press if I feel like I need a burn

    Seated DB Press
    Military Press
    Lateral Raise
    Reverse Fly

That's all I need. I go heavy on the presses, lighter on the raises and flys with strict technique.

    Overhead Press
    Incline DB Press
    Klokov Press
    Pull Aparts (rear)
    Face Pulls (rear)

Those are essentially the only ones I do on a regular basis.

Seated BB shoulder press (Heavy and Low Rep).
DB lateral raises -- superset with DB alternating front raises.
Cable Upright Row (for some reason putting the resistance just slightly forward on a cable rather than straight up and down using a BB works best for me).
Standing cable alternating shoulder press -- need two stacks. (I personally LOVE these.)
    Reverse pec deck.

What's the one where you have the barbell attatched to a thingy and then you add weights to one end of the bar and move it up and down with one arm? I'm not good with words, so I hope this post won't be followed by "wut".

Are you talking about a T-Bar Row? If so, good call.

I don't think so. It's like that except you're in front of it and moving the bar with one hand. I don't know, I've seen some people do it, and I've done it a couple times. Not sure how beneficial the exercise is though.

I'm thinking he might be talking about the landmine press.

Which I believe is just a one arm viking press.
