Seated BB shoulder press (Heavy and Low Rep).
DB lateral raises -- superset with DB alternating front raises.
Cable Upright Row (for some reason putting the resistance just slightly forward on a cable rather than straight up and down using a BB works best for me).
Standing cable alternating shoulder press -- need two stacks. (I personally LOVE these.)
Reverse pec deck.

What's the one where you have the barbell attatched to a thingy and then you add weights to one end of the bar and move it up and down with one arm? I'm not good with words, so I hope this post won't be followed by "wut".
