    Pre workouts ok on KETO?

    Wondering since they do contain sugars and flavoring.

    Pick the ones with no carbs... Some examples:

    Coffee with Coconut Oil
    5-hour energy
    and the one I've been using for a week now and loving, White flood...

    There are others I'm sure but these are the main ones I use.

    I've been using muaclepharm assault with an extra 5g bcaa first thing in the morning then train and have 25gwhey 25gcasein 5gbcaa postworkout. 2hrs later I start eating high fat meals. I feel great and still using fat for fuel. The assualt has 10g Carb in a half scoop serving.

    I used Controlled Labs pre workout stuff, it has no carbs in it. Plus I add a scoope of Beta- Aline and half scoope of Creatine so im good to go easy. But check out controlled labs pre workout, its pretty good stuff.

    I presume you don't know what BCAA's are, that they're plentiful in both whey and casein, as well as in most protein sources, and that supplements like "muaclepharm assault" are just processed fast food?
