lol notsure if talking bout face or physique, but if tlkin bout physique this is what happens to me
I make gains, get happy and the next day i see myself in the mirror and my mind starts playing tricks with me and i create flaws that don't exist and then feel like **** and wait till get more gains lol.Dark mahogany or veneer

yeah, and sometimes it happens only a day or two after you were just mirin' yourself in the mirror. then you start to wonder how you ever thought you looked good. and then you're all like "am i in the twilight zone? this doesn't make any sense. does my body actually look different or do the standards I hold myself to keep changing? and if it's only my standards that are changing then how do other people see me? what does it all mean?" then you just start questioning reality altogether.
