I'm giving myself 4-5 more weeks of bulking till I start cutting and Im hoping for at least 5-6 more pound to top off at 270. Gone from 249 to 265 in about 2 months and I'm starting to get stagnant. I think I've started getting into too much volume..... have been doing 4 days a week, upper/lower, hit every body part 2wice a week.
Was looking into a new routine, never really done full body of any sort tho. It makes sense (unless I'm Broscience Brainwashed)
Basically 1 set of 8-10 (fail at 10) for each of the big compound exercises and a few ancillary moves, for a total of 13 sets and 104-130 reps 3x a week.
