    I was given a tube of animal rage and I don't know what to do with it it's the pill version

    I took it once before I worked out and I ate some greasy food and after I worked out I threw it up should I lower the dosage if so to what?

    ive never been sick off of it. try not to eat greasy food after a workout...generally not a good idea. it should only be 7 pills in the pack so i personally wouldnt take any out.
