creatine is naturally occuring in many animal proteins. So basically, if you eat steak you have taken creatine. So by your logic, the only BBers that would be allowed to compete are vegetarians?

So anyway, I was just asking to see because you guys clearly know more than me. I didn't say creatine doesn't mean you're natty but I have been told it means you aren't and that didn't really make sense.
