Well they finally destroyed the barb, probably weakest class in the game now.

Mine is probably an unpopular opinion but the game is still the exact same thing with some updated graphics and bigger numbers on items. I'll probably be joining fitblue in not planning to play ROS, back to POE now. Cheers brahs

Nothing to do in PoE until next Wednesday, might as well give diablo a shot for a week bro.

D3 is still missing the 1 thing that would make this game better than PoE for me and that's the games list. In D2 it was so easy to look thru the list and join a game doing whatever you felt like at the time, Baal runs, cows, PvP, rush, Meph, Pindle, ect.... now its just basically a single player game unless you're leveling or have a huge friends list/real life friends that play.

I think they should keep AH. It really helps you get rid of junk that may be treasure to others. Most of the BiS items are self found anyways with loot 2.0.

I wasn't expecting a lot of changes or new things on this patch actually. Those will come on the expansion:

- New runes and skills due to added level cap to 70.
- Transmogrification (Just like in GW2, where you can change the looks of your gear)
- Enchanting (for re-rolling a legendary affix)
- End Game: Loot Runs - new feature with randomized 15-20 minute dungeons to mix up the endgame a bit.
- End Game: Adventure Mode, Bounty Quests.

But no news about PvP yet

Game is shaping up nicely, I really like what they have added.

No clan bro but there's a community, they're two different things. Just search for misc on the community tab and join....although there's only a few people in it so far.

It's still usable but it's by no means a Top build. You have to switch your WW rune to Wind Shear (since Fury Generation through Battle Cry - Into the Fray is deadsville), possible equip an immortal king 5 set for additional 2 fury on each hit.

Most builds for Barb I'm seeing are based on Frenzy/HotA/Rend now. I've never really enjoyed the HotA / Rend style and I basically only use it for Ubers because elites on WW/Sprint is just... tedious.

Other barbs are experimenting with Boon of Bul-Kathos, Weapon Master, Earthquake, Wrath, Overpower, Battle Cry and then Frenzy/Weapon Throw for 1ry and HotA/Rend/Ancient Spear for secondary. No real build is emerging as dominant and honestly the Barb is clunky as fuark right now .The milky smooth days of farming XP are over. Weapon Throw/Hammer of the Ancients are the most powerful skills now - WT does damage comparable to melee skills, it has range and it generates fury making it a pretty good all around left mouse skill.

Yo guys I havnt been on D3 in a while. Havnt played since before 2.0 (I guess it's out now?) Sad news. My PC fuuuuckin broke and I'm not goin to fix it for a bit.

instead I picked up a PS3 and the 1st game I got was Diablo 3 (played the trial to see if it was a good as the PC version) Fell in love with this game all over again. the only way I would make it better is more to PVP and more open area such as there Advernture mode but with multiple areas where you can have more than 4. Im talking about 3 guys clearing a dungeon while 3 others go clear an adventure and maybe 1 guy is off doin random **** by himself. So Im suggesting a game with 4-7 (7 might be 1-2 to many)
anyway im ****in rambling on now

figured as much, the screenshots you guys posted looks like the graphics have changed a bit, can't really explain what they did to it but it looks different. Still have Zero interest in coming back and still owe Bulk some gold but I don't want to bother dl'ing patch to transfer it lulz.

Gold can no longer be traded

Played a bit more and I think the only adjustment needed to make Barbarians more useful again is to up their fury generation - WP making 6 fury as a range skills is ridiculous - Bash should make 10, Cleave 10-12 and Frenzy 8 considering how much more damage you have to take to hit with those skills vs. WT. Do that and everyone will be happy.

Right now the lamest spammy build is Weapon Throw/ Ancient Spear [Boulder]. Works amazingly well. But the skills are not aesthetic nor fun to play. Who wants to kite as a barbarian ffs.

New loot is interesting. Definitely not better than what's currently out. Got a new goldwrap and ravenwing bow last night. Can take my DH up to 83k health and make myself more of a tank if I use both.

Well brah, most of us who stopped playing have decent to GG gears. So its hard to get something better than what we have. You wont be able to see the difference of Loot 2.0 that much at this level cap. Wait til expansion comes and maybe a level 63+ items will easily replace our gears.

The main stat (str, dex, etc) rolls right now are actually decent @ lvl 60, they are just not trifectas like the gears we have now. Imagine what they will be @ lvl 70.

Rolled a hellfire (int) ring last night and it had > +300 Int. The hellfire (str) ring I produced before 2.0.1 had +247 Str. I think the new expac actually makes these rings more powerful but it's a theory.
