How long does it take to make this muscle bigger? How long does it take to get a six pack? How long does it take to become a mother ****ing ninja. How do we know? WE are not scientists no one can tell anyone how long something takes. Stop asking these stupid questions they are pointless, if you want to make some muscle bigger train more eat more and sleep more. And stfu and wait 6 months 1 year - 5 years it takes however long it takes. Stop worrying so much unless your on the tren hard and eat clen program with a testy attitude your not going to see amazing results in a mere month - 3 months...

All that happens if you worry about results is you stop working out or you quit. Stop being a little bish and go get swole son! Stop making these ****ing threads jesus christ man.... Who knew that people thought the teen bodybuilding forum had people who can predict the future as to when your muscles or abs become bigger / more defined. We are not psychics if we think people can predict your results go to the kitchen put on a apron and make me a mother ****ing sammich bitch.
