Ok well my more subtle post got no answers/mods chitting on me, so..
What is so bad about cell tech? Or creatine in general?
I was at GNC picking up protein and saw it on the wall and asked about it. The guy there (yes I realize I have to take that for what it's worth, but he was swole as phuck and apparently natty since he said his stomach couldnt handle creatine, and did not miss a beat for any other question) said that there was a lot of pointless negative stigma, dis true? What are the side effects? Why is it SO frowned upon? Does it really matter if you have 0 intention of ever doing comps, if you take it? Wut do, pls rspnd.
edit: not a roll bread, I legit just don't know. No hate on a brah trying to self improve pls..

cell tech sounds crazy like it builds muscle cells so we call it steroids since we cant talk about steroids
